Beach/ Sea Air Exposure- Need help with salt issue!

I spent the week at the beach last week and I had my car parked under the deck of the house. It sat there all week without being driven, and I think that when it rained out, all of the salt and sand residue got rinsed off the deck and dripped all over my car. I tried washing, claying, and waxing and I cannot get the salt residue off my car. It was waxed a week prior to me going to the beach and I am now left with raised salt spots all over the roof and hood. There is also residue all over the windows that I cannot get off. I can take pictures if need be. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

sounds like you might need a chemical paint cleaner or it's time to polish via machine. i dont think it's clear failure, but im no expert. pics would help tremendously.

I did try to clay bar it and that did nothing.

Its too dark to take pictures tonight, but I will post some tomorrow. What type of chemical/mechanical treatment would I use?
