Same experience as the rest. VW/Mazda3s being the absolute worst. Heaven help you if you get one that has been used to take a dog to the beach several times. 
The Suburban/Tahoe carpeting from the mid 90s to 2000 or so (whenever it was redesigned before the current version) has horrible carpeting too, scrub it and your brush clogs with carpet fibers.
