DWG and Ultima PGP

I detailed a car last night with incredible results, but wanted to make sure I didn't waste a step.
In reading the forumns, I noticed allot of peopled using DWG with Ultima's PGP. In using and reading about Ultima, I was under the impression that it strips anything it's being applied over, other than UPPP.
Last night I applied UPPP, DWG than UPGP. Did the application of UPGP take off the DWG? Should I have applied the DWG over UPGP?

You can apply them in any order and with as many layers of either as you would like. UPGP has no cleaning abilities. It is a pure WOWA sealant so it should not remove anything, rather it should hopefully seal it in.

I agree. The only thing you need to watch is time. I usually apply DWG on the entire car, then remove, then wait 30 minutes before layering. With UPGP, its best to wait 12-24 hours to cure before layering. Otherwise, you might remove the LSP's.

Great combo of products by the way. My silver metallic paint has never looked so good.

2x UPGP
2x DWG
2x UPGP

Then sometimes refresh appearance with DG AW.

You can apply DWG and UPGP any way you like. Sometimes I apply DWG in between layers of UPGP, sometimes as the last step product, sometimes in between UPGP and at the end, etc. Best combo I have ever used. Please post some pics.
