Re: In between major details....

I like Opti-Seal after every third wash (or every wash, if you want to go crazy with the depth).

Re: In between major details....

i was thinking since i ordered some PB Spray and Wipe to use with the clay..i can use it in between. i know im not an expert but the QD's (as far as reading goes since i havent used them) seem like water with something added. on paper the waterless sprays looks like a better way to go then maybe some spray wax? but again in new so if im wrong go easy

Re: In between major details....

Do you gentlemen who use QD as a drying lubricant ever have any towel problems like the old WAUD syndrome?

The new Meg's hydrophobic stuff has caused some weird towel problems for me. I usually soak the heck out of my QD towels in degreaser for a day or two now.

Not since I took your advice and had my water tested Now that I'm conditioning it better my WWs (washed in "MF-detergent") are doing great again.

I do a lot of my QDing with very plush MF mitts though, often only using the WWs for the final wipe.
