foam cannon HELPPPPPPPPP

FIRST HELLO AUTOPIANS
this summer i developed an obsession about foam cannon so i went on a quest on finding one so after a lot of Google and eBay finally found one in the US that sells them for a good price
the PW is 1600 psi and 1.6 gpm
i use DP XTREME FOAM FORMULA ,POORBOYS SUPER SLICK &SUDS,DURAGLOSS 902
i tried to do all possible combinations and ratios and i ended up with the same result the foam do not cling to the car more that 1.5 minute i even went for 100% dp with the same result it was hard to go into the suction tube but it worked the foam i am getting is like shaving foam so my question is do i need more psi and gpm to achieve a better clinging the unit i use is from pressure part.com and i attached a pic of it so any tip ????

Re: foam cannon HELPPPPPPPPP

najman,

Know that I am a novice at this so take this for what it's worth.
I just started using a Katcher 1800 PW with the manufacturers foam gun. I used it last weekend and I got a nice frothy, not shaving cream, foam. I'd say it lasted over 5 minutes, but I didn't time it. I used Chemical guys citrus wash, pretty well diluted. I wanted to make sure I could get the gun to work the first time. I think I'll increase the concentration to see what I can get.
