so what if the wax does actually come? are you going to keep it and let the CC company know, or going to demand a refund?

so people on the M3 forum actually didnt get their stuff? i can see it MAYBE being late, but to actually not send it, how can he still be in business? has no one gone after the guy yet?

if the wax comes I will accept it (I dont want any more hassel) and iwill call the CC company and tell them it has come.
I wont have to deal with OCD after this is done, its all zymol for refiels.. so if it does come i will keep it and never order form OCD again simply becasue of the lack of comunication

Hope everything goes smooth and you don't get any hassles from the CC company. If the Vintage comes and doesn't require a signature, I'd dispute it anyway and tell them you never got it.

Just hope it doesn't take another 46 pages for you to get it directly from Zymol!

i commend your patience and not being angry about this. you say you don't get mad over something like wax, but to me, it would be about $2000...not wax.

Good Mike. Go get em. This thread can go on to infinity as long as you get the wax. I wouldn't have you go down like that over some rude and tacky handling. You just can't keep a good wax down. Now that the ball is rolling, don't take any soft soaking from this Brett or whoever his company is. The only thing that you want is the money...or the wax....and you want it right now!

I received an e-mail today that said the Vintage was ready to ship but it can only be shipped via UPS. Considering this will mean about $350 in brokerage/fees I have decided that if it can not be shipped via USPS to cancel my order. $1800 is quite enough, I am not paying an additional $300+ just to get it here.

Edit; spoke with Diane and had them ship to a US address, will then have it shipped to me via USPS. So a minor inconvenience, but what can you do. Diane is nice and accommodating thought.

Did Zymol offer any explanation why they can't/won't ship via USPS? As pointed out by Pakshak earlier, there are USPS options which allow for parcel tracking.

While Diane may be "nice and accommodating", it seems to me that Zymol's customer relations could use a major overhaul. Won't be holding my breath though.
