I have been more then impressed with brett. he has delt with a million e-mails. I have talked on the phone with im 4 or 5 times. He is always quick with responses and always has what I want to hear.
I know people have had an issue but I never have. I will order form him again withou question

edit: also keep in mind canadian customs are soooooo slow. so the time thing should not be an issue.

Re: I just ordered Vintage

I can't believe the wax is not here yet and this is a 27 page thread, and look at me posting in it, I am contributing!

Seems Vintage is getting more and more popular, at some point calgary, prep your car and put Vintage on half and Concours on the other half just for giggles. Not trying to say you won't see a difference, we all know the differences in waxes are subtle, but I am curious...

im sure I will be doing lots of experiments with vintage. I will have to add that one to the list. perhaps on my moms rx330....hmmm it would be cool on black...

Re: I just ordered Vintage

I have a pulled muscle in my shoulder. All four coats were applied by Ultimate detailing Machine UDM with a red pad. I apply the V with the back of a spoon and really rub it into the pad. Once it hits the car the wax is heated by the friction and I can do multiple panels. I do the whole car then mist it with cold water wiping the water off each panel then mist the next panel. When finished buff off the entire car and wham. Then the next day let the car sit out in the sun a few hours. So there is how I apply the V. ----ZOOM---ZOOM----

A roughened hand could scratch and mar the paint, no? Is there an alternate way to apply this stuff?

Re: I just ordered Vintage

You want a picture of what it comes in?
I was told to put $500 insurance on it when I return for a refill.

Re: I just ordered Vintage

Ok I absolutely hate you guys.......Ive been debating about a Vintage purchase for a while.

Im one of those guys that likes to put a coat of wax on every week or so and want the best look possible.

i have a obsidian (black metallic)MB SLK55 and a white BMW 5 series.

Does it make sense to order the vintage (and I already know the answer)
