P21S or S100 or DP Maxwax?

Hi guys, I have narrowed down to 3 paste waxes that I can't make up my mind? I need your help and advise from you, guy's experiences with the waxes above...?

My car is silver. I'm looking for easy on easy off wax? So which one would you choose?
P21S or S100 or DP MaxWax.....? Thank you kindly. TC.

Re: P21S or S100 or DP Maxwax?

Silver. Just like any forum or any online group you'll find online. Everyone wants to know the best of the best. Cheapest yet best, etc etc.

Why not buy all 3? Sure you want to know the best of the 3. But make that your preference. Some people use diff wax's for diff colors, and some use wax's just cause they've used it for years. Why not be the judge yourself? I find most people on this board use P21S no matter what the color. Its just a great product nothing short of excelence.

As bad as it sounds and I know most people don't wax their cars that often to buy 3 diff types. But would it hurt to spend the extra $$$ so in the future you can say you've tested all 3 and pass off your knowledge to the next person that asks this question?

But if you've read this and still just want a straight up answer. P21S. What other products will you be using?

Adam

Re: P21S or S100 or DP Maxwax?

P21S and S100 are the same; jury is still out on whether their new formulations are different. I have S100 and love it. It provides more of a synthetic look, but still has the glow of a carnauba; very good poduct. In fact my avatar pic is after a coat of S100 following thorough prep (never forget the prep!). Haven't used DP so can't quite comment.

Re: P21S or S100 or DP Maxwax?

Haven't tried the P21S/S100, but did a comparo w/ DP MW and Natty's. DP MW was easier to work with and gave a little glossier look. Alot of people like the P21S, so I don't think you'll be disappointed either way.

Re: P21S or S100 or DP Maxwax?

I've used both P21S and DP Max Wax.

Personally, I've never understood why so many like P21S. It's EXTREMELY easy to use, but the look it left behind never struck me as anything special.

DP Max Wax is also very easy to use. Plus, if you have a lot of metalic flake in your paint it will make it pop nicely and will give the paint a nice warm glow.

Re: P21S or S100 or DP Maxwax?

Well here goes for the price factor:

P21S - +/- RM250.00 per tub
S100 - +/- RM 195.00 per tub
DP MW - +/- RM 245.00 per tub

Having done some searching over the net and reading all of your feedbacks. Thank you all for your feedbacks. I appreciate it very much.

I think I'll get the DP to try 1st. Later if I have more money maybe I'll give P21S a try. TQ very much guys.

Re: P21S or S100 or DP Maxwax?

There is a strong following of Jeffs Werkstatt Prime and Acrylic Jett on silver. But that said, I have DP MW and just got S100. I liked the MW, and haven't used S100 yet.

Re: P21S or S100 or DP Maxwax?

I got MAX WAX when it first came out. i have since only used it 3-4 times since I just absolutely love Zaino. MAX WAX looks like a hybrid between Meguiars #7 and Nattys White... VERY glossy.

MaxWax most definately. Makes metallics pop out at you and is extremely glossy.

x2

I've used both and I would take DP over P21S any day of the week. The DP just looks better, especially on my black car.
