Question to you is what do you plan on using it for? As a general APC? Engine bays?

I, personally, use it as a tire cleaner. A+

Premium Blue was a pretty poor wheel cleaner in my experience (I usually use wheel brightener though, if you're used to APC or PH neutral it's an improvement), but as JDookie said, its an *amazing* tire cleaner.

Go to Walmart and get some Castrol Degreaser. Its $5 a gallon and you can dilute it to whatever strength you want and its bio-degradeable.

I also use the Greased Lighting @ wal-mart for like $3.xx for like ~32oz.
I believe both were bio-degradable.

It can be found at most .99 cent stores for .99 cents. I've used it on my tires, rugs, engine bay. If it needs to be cleaned, this will get the job done.
Here's a write up about it. Tool - LA's Totally Awesome All-Purpose Cleaner, Degreaser and Spot Remover - HousekeepingChannel.com

Walter | I wonder how this compares to a hydroflouric acid based wheel cleaner?

The car version might be a little stronger since it's specifically for degreasing. Here's their site. Awesome Products Inc. Check out their products.
