Is this the same as the Gilmour Foam gun for $15?

I found this in one of my gf's horse catalogs. It was $15.95 and looks to be exactly the same thing as the Gilmour foam gun and I have even seen a pic of it in use and it is even called a foamer and had a bunch of foam on the horse.

Look at it and see what yall think! Click on the larger pic of it.

Equine Strength Spray-Away * Straight Arrow: Safe, gentler, quick-cleaning body wash for your horse.

For $15 I would almost be willing to try it and see, but it looks exactly the same.

Re: Is this the same as the Gilmour Foam gun for $15?

I won't buy one of the $60 ones. I'd go for $15 if it works...

It doesn't appear to have the emulsion holes on the discharge tube. Can't really tell.

Autogeek Quart Foamaster Foam Gun with FREE BONUS

Would you put that enlarged picture of the AG foam gun under the one above so we can have a better comparison?

So the tip, nozzle, bottle, and quick disconnects look to be the same, but the metering part is different.

Hmm, I may have to place an order for this puppy!

Hmm, there are a few horse supply stores in my area. I may have to call them to see what they have.

Re: Is this the same as the Gilmour Foam gun for $15?

Ok, it appears to be slightly lesser quality on the build materials.

I'd like to know how it performs.

Re: Is this the same as the Gilmour Foam gun for $15?

I can tell you one thing after a short search; Horse folks have more soaps and coat shiners than we do! And probably MORE brands...

Re: Is this the same as the Gilmour Foam gun for $15?

It only looks to be lesser quality on the metering system, everything else is exactly the same thing.

I am going to buy one.
