Re: Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss

Man these car washes everyone is talking about are expensive. I just went down to Odd Lots and picked up some Turtle Wax Platinum car wash for $4. Not bad for a gallon and a quarter of car wash. It's so inexpensive, I probably use too much in the bucket. When I do get more money I'll probably try the citrus wash as well as the ONR. But I'll probably still have a hard time not using the the Platinum car wash (it smells nice too), God, I'm so cheap.

Re: Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss

Just received my foam cannon for the pressure washer today. Now if my CW&G will just get here, I'll post up some pics of the foam!

Re: Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss

So what's the long term verdict on citrus wash.

I can definately see it as part of my stash. Dunno about daily washes but for the *heavy double duty* washes after winter, etc where I would dilute it strong .

How *thick* is it.
I still have about 1.5 gallons of Citri-Gel. I cut it 1:1 for wheels already and a little goes a long way.

Re: Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss

I really like the wash...But now that I am using ONR, it is hard to go back to anything else...As for heavy duty washes, I use P21S Total Auto Wash...Yeah I know it strips LSPs, but that is why I want it. It also works unbelievable on love bugs, and even better on wheel wells and engines.

Re: Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss

Wong, I like the Citrus Wash a lot. Yes, it could potentially be very heavy duty and that's why you use very little of it.
