Question about zymol vintage
Hey everyone, i just have a very simple question. . .i've been fortunate enough to sample nearly all of the estate glazes zymol has to offer. . .but have yet to try vintage
last week my friend let me try some of his vintage that he has left over from his pebble beach sampler kit that they used to offer, and i was surprised to open the jar and notice that vintage is almost scentless, which made me "question" for a moment if it was genuine or not. it did apply pretty nicely by hand though, and looked amazing when done, but again, all the other estate/high end stuff from zymol has a strong scent, and this had almost none. . .
what exactly should it smell like? i know that is kind of a silly question but i don't think he bought the kit FROM zymol, so unfortunately it's possible for it to perhaps have been
"replaced" with something else.
thanks for the input!

Re: Question about zymol vintage
Vintage could be one of the very few Zymol carnaubas that actually doesn't have a scent. It does, however, have one heck of a left hook!!
So rest assured that what you tried may have been the real thing.
