Opti Seal / Clear Seal / Red Dot question

All of these new sealants seem similar in that they are apply and walk away. Does anyone have any experience in applying them in direct sunlight?

Some of the details I've completed lately were in areas where I had no shade. I'd love to be able to cut out the buffing step of the detail for time sake but I've not heard anything regarding how this new generation of sealants works on hot surfaces. My guess is that it's a no no but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Thanks!!!

Re: Opti Seal / Clear Seal / Red Dot question

I have seen a copy of the Opti-Seal label and it says to not use on surfaces over 90 degrees. You might be able to get away with using it on a hotter surface but you'd have to work small areas at a time. 100 degrees, straight up noon and full sun on black paint? Probably going to be problems.

It must flash very quickly-must be a function of the solvents used.

Both Clear Seal and Opti-Seal have a light alcohol scent, FWIW.
