Extremely cold/Frozen Zaino products

Well if you live in the Northeast, you know about the extreme cold temperatures we've been having lately. I recently ordered some new Zaino products and I was worried about them freezing during the shipping process/waiting at my door step in the cold. When I opened the box the products were not frozen but they were definetely pretty close. Is this something that I should worry about? Or should the products be ok?... If you're wondering I had ordered:

ZPC
Z CS
Z5 Pro
Z7
Z18 clay bar.

Re: Extremely cold/Frozen Zaino products

i'd call Sal and ask him...i'm sure he ships products to cold regions all the time and should be able to answer right away.

Re: Extremely cold/Frozen Zaino products

I don't think they would be harmed at all. Like the previous poster said, just give Sal a call and ask. I'm sure you'll get the same answer.

Re: Extremely cold/Frozen Zaino products

I always check the winter weather maps PRIOR to ordering chemicals. Frozen products = ungood

Re: Extremely cold/Frozen Zaino products

Often times we'll ship products to customers that are in the sunbelt areas and the trucks pass through freezing temperature areas on the way to them. Even from Las Vegas to Florida as example, not uncommon to see a package go to Chicago (Go UPS!). You should be fine, chances of the product being bad are pretty darn slim.

Re: Extremely cold/Frozen Zaino products

With the products you listed as receiving, you will have no problems. If ZFX was included and completely frozen I would be concerned.

E-mail Sal today and he will get back with you (probably later today) and fill you in. Sal stands completely behind his products and insures optimum integrity of such and customer satisfaction.

Re: Extremely cold/Frozen Zaino products

You shouldn't have any issues with the products. I wouldn't worry about it unless they've seperated and won't remix.
