Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Good to hear some of you have gotten your tracking #'s...

I have not heard a thing from AG, and despite leaving phone messages, I never get responses. I will give it another day, but plan on canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere.

Yeah I am in the same boat. I e-mailed and was told mine were shipping on wed. and i have never received a tracking number or the pads. If they shipped on wed. then I should have them today. I have also never received any replacements so I hope they are sending some good stuff with them. We will see what happens. Kind of disappointed since you hear of their good customer service. I am glad I only get stuff from them that Danase doesn't have.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Seems like their customer service has been a hit or miss. I also had problems with the last order I placed, but after posting about it on here one of their employees PMed me and resolved my issue. I'm not sure if he checks regularly on here, but trying PMing him. I believe if his settings aren't changed, it should automatically send him an email to let him know someone tried to contact him on this board. It's worth a shot. Hopefully he can resolve and take care of your problems like he did with me.

I called them on Friday, they said they are still waiting for the green pads. They said they would send just the ones they have or i can wait. i dont need the pads so i said ship them next week, I was busy at work so i ddint have time to ream them one but i plan on calling next week and voicing my opinion in a civilized manner.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Finally today, after calling 5 times, not receiving phone calls back, I got through with AG, and they assured me my pads would be at my place by tomorrow with the exception of the green pad. After that big mess, I know I will not shop at AG anymore...

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Sorry to hear your experience wasn't good... I got my pads today by UPS. I didn't order any green pads, so all my pads came. Greg, maybe you should see if Autogeek is willing to regain your business by adding a few things to your order or something like that. Of course, if you're sure you don't want to shop at AG, then there's no point in doing so.

I wrote them a letter of concern so we will see what the response is.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I also sent a e-mail to see what is going on. I have only received one e-mail notice about the backorder and by that notice all should have definately shipped. I feel they should have at least sent a notice to all backorders to say they are still backordered. I havent received any more information except for when I contact them. We will see what they do extra to make me happy.

Was going to place a BIG order (for 3 of us) today or tomorrow with AG but instead will go with CMA. CMA has the Green pads in stock (for a few dollars more) but w/o the hassles of AG backorder.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Just got off the phone with Jason at AG. He gave me a lengthy explanation about them being backordered. It sounds like everyone will get some lake country wax apps in there order due to the back orders. For the record, it wasn't the fact that AG didn't have the CCS pads that irritated me, it was the communication.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Just wanted everyone know i just cancelled my order on the pads, i ordered them on DECEMBER 31 and still have not recieved the order.

I have talked to Jay numerous times and they are trying to be helpfull but the excuses are just 2 much. They still dont have the order, so looks like Danase will be seeing some business from me
