Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I hope I get my regular replacement pads when they ship my CCS pads or double my CCS pad order. Didn't receive any replacements when my box arrived.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I was only told that there was a problem with the white CCS pads I ordered, so I asked them to just remove that from the order. I ordered all the other colors which should ship tomorrow from AG. I ordered both flat and 7,5" curved edge ones, though I'm not to excited about the curved ones after reading this thread. Oh well, I guess I won't know if I like them until I try them for myself

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Figured I would get in on this topic as I also ordered the CCS green pads. Jason from Autogeek took care of me big time would like to send out a big thank you to him. I received my replacement pads and will be sent the CCS, when they get them in stock. they sure know how to take care of their customers. taking the time to help your customers and resolve any problems they have, will keep them coming back

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I also ordered 9 of the CCS pads and had some other problems with my order, but Jason from Autogeek provided me with some excellent customer service that far exceeded my expectations. They expedited my shipping, gave me some replacement pads for the CCS pads that weren't in stock, and even hooked me up with a free gift. I even got a handwritten apology note from Max! I haven't hand written a letter or note in years, so for him to take his time to do that when he didn't have to really shows his dedication to pleasing his customers.

My experience on this order didn't go as smoothly as normal, but in the end, I was still very satisfied overall due to their world class customer service. This kind of treatment will keep me coming back to them in the future.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Called AG and they are not shipping the pads till this week, I think I am going to try and get a couple of products shipped for free with the pads

Wish me luck

Yep, I think I might add a gallon of DG Wash to my order. I really like the sample I have.

I was fuming...to think that they can just send a different pad than what you ordered...they must be off their rocker - those curved 7.5" pads are the worst pad design ever! But all is well, cause they gave me a credit for it...not that I'll use it.

Regarding the orange CCS pad - I like everything about it except the dimples...I ended up getting a bit of sling and I never get sling from the orange LCVCs I have. The pad would be near perfect (for a medium cutting pad) without the dimples.
ummm... that is a bit confusing... Isn't it the dimples that makes them CCS pads? If the pad without dimples would be better why have CCS pads at all??

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Is there any advantage using these pads over a regular lake country pad on a PC?

thanks

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I also received shipping confirmation... woohoo! I should be receiving mine on the 31st of this month. I wasn't really planning on polishing my car (too lazy), but I think I just might have to because of all the new products I want to try out.
