Question Where is the best place to buy LC pads?

I hope this isn't breaking any rules. If it is, mods please feel free to delete it or if you need to reply in a PM that is fine also.

Where is the best place to buy LC pads?

I seemed to notice they are a little different pending on which vendor sells them. I am looking more for a better version than who has the best price. Thanks.
