1-can i use "gs27 scratch remover" to remove swirl mark ?
2-can i use "gs27 scratch remover" for whole car like pre-wax ?
3-do i need to use another product after it to increase the shine ?
4-which is better scratchx or gs27 ?

I wouldn't use GS27,as it is far to abrasive and those abrasives don't break down.Scatch X is a much better choice,very safe diminishing abrasives,just remember in order to remove 'some' swirls by hand, you will need to make multiple passes,with pressure working the product in well until it becomes clear.
