It's true that when buying direct from Charlie's, the shipping is already included in their prices.

I ordered a gallon of their APC over the holidays and because of a split in the container almost the entire gallon leaked out. The box it came in was completely soaked, as was my doormat. I called up Charlie's and left a voicemail about what happened and they sent another gallon out, no questions asked.
