PC Question: 5" versus 6" BP and a Pad Question

I see that coastal tool is selling the pc 7424 with the 6" BP for 119.95. Autopia is selling the PC with a 5" BP for a little more. My question is, which is the preferable BP size? Logically, I would think that the 6" BP is preferable because of the increased size, but I see very few places selling the 6".

I want to use the 7.5" VC pads from autogeek (will that work with a 6" BP?), but the Sonus pads look attractive as well...which do you suggest?

I prefer the 5 inch BP with a 6.5" pad, little easier for tight places.....less load on the machine also.....

Yeah, I did a search and I got that consensus. I guess I will order the 7424 from coastaltool (because it has the 6" CW) and order the Sonus pad kit form Autopia and use the 5" BP from that...is this a good idea? Has anyone actually used the new Sonus pads? How do they compare to LC pads?
