Help with Klasse problem.

Hi all. I'm new to this forum and just wanted to see if anyone here had the same problem I've been having. Tried a search with no luck.

I have had a couple of customers (I have a detailing supply store in Australia) who have had issues with Klasse All In One.

First case was a red car with minor swirls/spider webbing. Straight away the All In One came up with a white haze that looked like it was mainly in the places where the swirls were. At first I thought it was just their application technique but I tried it myself with the same problem. I wrote that one off as a possible cross contamination issue or a one off and replaced the Klasse with another product with no issues.

Second case was where I was using Menzerna on another customers car as a favour (both IP and FP with Random Orbital) to remove a scratch. All went well until we applied the Klasse All In One to the area afterwards and again came up with a white haze. This car had All In One applied to it before (Black BTW) with no issues and only hazed over in the section that had Menzerna applied to it.

So does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

Greg

Are you applying by hand or PC? And what kind of pad are you using?

I've gotten minor hazing using AIO with terry cloth pads on black cars by hand. I've also gotten some hazing using a PC/white-polishing-pad with AIO. The problem does not occur for me using yellow foam pads by hand.

Applying by hand in both cases with a variety of applicators.
I'll keep in mind that in your case only some applicators were the problem and I'll play with it some more.
