Where to buy a clay bar in Toronto?

OK I've decided to clay my car for the 1st time before I apply AOI\SG.

The problem is I can't find a clay bar in Toronto. The only one I found is that Mothers kit which has a QD and I think wax at Canadian Tire. I have Sonus so it's kind of pointless to waste money on another QD which I'll never use.

Where else can I find just a good quality clay bar (is Mothers good?). If I order online the shipping will probably cost more than the clay so I don't want to do that.

Dan,

buy the mothers kit from CT. It's quite good. Use the mothers QD as lube for your caly. don't use the sinus as lube. That would be a huge waste of an expensive QD. Save the sonus for freshening up your SG layers.

If you really want to buy some clay on it's own and use your sonus, go to UAP/NAPA and buy the 3M clay. I've bought it a few times and like it a lot as well. Call ahead and have them order it for you, and you can pick it up the next day. It costs about $40. They give you a generous amount though. see this link for more info:

http://products3.3m.com/catalog/us/e...eme_us_aad_3_0

And according to some of the American members on here, the 3M clay is apparently the same as the clay magic blue bar.

Bill.

Blake is an unknown quantity at this point
Dan, you'll probably find that QDs are a great product and end up buying more in time. You need a good lubricant for the clay and any QD left over should not go to waste.
If you've got a dark coloured car you'll soon learn to love QDs.

Yeah I should buy the Mothers kit, the QD can always come in handy. I don't know why I'm being so cheap considering all the money I've spent on other stuff. Thanx guys for knocking some sense into me.

Dan I have used the Mothers clay a lot .. Don't make the mistake I did the first time I used it .. I used the whole bar .. what a waste and a struggle .. Just cut it in 1/4's, Wrap the unused in a tight baggie or Saran wrap and just use 1/4 for the car .. Save the Sonus .. I wish I could find that here .. no luck ..
