EF Clear Pearl - Caranuba Free

Planning to do a Klasse treatment this weekend.
Is EF caranuba free. I've got plenty around but also do have a bottle of Sonus.

Past threads suggest both......There was a thread were someone mentioned they emailed EF and both MSDS and EF confirmed there was no caranuba in it.

Anyone can confirm ?

I was one of those who had emailed cma about the contents/MSDS (I was specifically interesested in the solvents used). I emailed again when I did not see a wax among the components, and was informed that there was no wax of any kind in the EF Clear Pearl. This was a year or two ago, so I guess it's possible that they changed the formulation during that time (Showroom Lincoln may have more updated information than I do). Chefwong, perhaps you might want to make a separate inquiry to whomever you placed the order from.

I just spoke with CMA today. I was adivsed that while CP has minute traces of caranuba in it, the QD itself was more geared for acrylic applications. CMA told me I should be fine using Klasse and CP.

Not to waste a day after polishing and prepping the car, I'm not going to risk using CP with Klasse. I'll use the Sonus I have lying around. I posted the question to confirm if CP had caranuba, as I still have a gallon left of this stuff.

Thanks for the update (though I find it curious....barring any change in formulation in the past year or two.......that we received slightly different answers from the same source)
