The Edge Rotary Pads

Do these rotary pads really help safeguard from burn? Anyone used them?

What if you could finish more cars in less time? Bring out a brilliant luster in every recess, curve and cutout without hand buffing? It's easy, with THE EDGE BUFFING PADS! These revolutionary, patented pads boost productivity and profits - yet cost less and last longer thank competing pads.

Buff Safer

Work fast with confidence! Heat dissipates quickly through The Edge’s open cell foam, safeguarding expensive paints and clear coats. The hook & loop backer is double bonded: hot-glued to the foam, then heat sealed at the edge for permanence. The Edge Backing Plate locks snugly into the recessed back of the pad for perfect centering. It’s almost impossible for the plate to contact the car’s finish. Edge pads are also bolt compatible, with a center cutout that isolates the nut from the work surface.

Buff Finer

The Edge’s face is flat so you avoid the hot spots caused by curved or waffle pads. Use high speed power buffers to finish under mirrors, along sculpted body insets, rain gutters, trim and other places you once had to polish by hand. Typically, Edge users report they save 20-30 minutes per car - adding up to thousands of dollars in yearly profits!

Buff Faster

Available in five surface grades, Edge pads enable you to bring up dazzling results on any car, any finish. You’ll win customer loyalty and cut labor cost at the same time!

I can buy them locally for $4.95 ea I haven't tried them yet, but the construction and quality are top notch. Even if they weren't that good for under $5, I couldn't pass them up.

Actually the owner has offered me a job there in sales, whether or not I take it I am sure I could help some folks out! PM me if anyone is interested, I would need to know which pads you would want(the green seems to be nice, but the blue pad is pretty versatile as well). I will check on availability tomorrow, last week he had a ton of them.

Cool so back to my question...are they worth it? I mean is there a huge advantage over getting the normal CMA pads?
