Picked Up This Floor Jack At Harbor Freight
Just FYI, picked up this floor jack at Harbor Freight to compliment my Walker steel monster.
Figured it would be good for the quick tire change and low enough for the 'vette on occasion. Will let you know how it goes. Just $59 w/coupon..........not too much to loose. If it dies, well, it'll be a trip back to the HF store for credit!
See ya.

pretty neat . . . . . great colors too. Although is there something that makes this jack better then others like say your traditional craftsman or something.

Re: Picked Up This Floor Jack At Harbor Freight
Just the $59 price and the fact that it's only 25lbs. The other once I have which I bought ~25 yrs. ago, was $300-400 back then. It's bullet proof....no such forecast for this one............but very light w/handle & cheap.
See ya.

Re: Picked Up This Floor Jack At Harbor Freight
I got the same one when it was on sale during one of their sidewalk sales. I used the 20% off coupon and ended up getting it for $50.
It's AWESOME! My car is low and I used to need to drive it up onto a home made ramp before I could fit a normal jack under it. This one fits under it without having to do that, saving me a ton of headache and time.
It's also light weight and the big wide barrel type "wheel" in the front makes it disperse it's weight a little better. Since my driveway is black top, this is a key feature as it doesn't sink into the surface like my other jack did.
HF is hit or miss sometimes with the stuff you get there, but this was absolutely one of those good buys.

Re: Picked Up This Floor Jack At Harbor Freight
Yea, I missed that sale about a month ago and had to pay the regular coupon rate.......I knew if I had used the coupon it would have been $48! A real deal......like you said, hit or miss, but I think this will be good with my big steel monster Walker brand jack.
Thx. Good feedback.
See ya.

Re: Picked Up This Floor Jack At Harbor Freight
What coupon are you guys talking about?
Also, how many pumps does it take this one to get to max height?
I've been looking at this one to replace my old craftsman... - Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices

Re: Picked Up This Floor Jack At Harbor Freight
I used to get 20% off (one item) coupons via E-mail every week. They stopped the 20% off now though and changed it to 15% off (one item). Still a good deal when you use it at the right time. You can use those coupons any time on any item, even sale items. All you have to do is order one thing from their online store and you'll get coupons in the mail and E-mail like every other day. I have HF flyers and coupon books all over my house...LOL
