Re: Collinite 845

Shake the crap out of it.....like the bottle says (without the word "crap"....although that addition would be most appropriate I think I'll forward Collinite that idea!).

Apply by hand.........it's so soft and easy. Do the whole car and wipe it off.

Is it really faster (or better) to use the PC???? Just curious as to the differences??? Anything significant? And you use a blue or red pad........as big a diameter as the PC can handle???

Thx.

See ya.

Re: Collinite 845

so it's similar to the thickness of CMW but needs to be "shaken" like VM....

nice, good to know.... i will be ordering some..... now that it is getting into the winter months, should i be worried about it being delivered and left outside in sub 32 degree weather ?

It needs a good deal more shaking that VM....

I shook the bejesus (insert whatever violent term) out of mine and still didn't have a total liquid. That said...its worth it.

i do half the car via PC at speed 3 and then buff off before doing the other half. I usually add a layer the next time i do an ONR wash.
The bottle says to remove from surface before it dries fully. I believe most 845 users here let it dry completely. Myself, I apply to the entire car before buffing off. It's fully dried by then. I've never had an issue. I love the product.
