No it does not sling. The tires absorb the product. Now it is not a super duper shine. But it gives a nice natural shine that last. David the admin of this forum also reccommends Duragloss 253.

Try this... Armors All Tire Shine [edit: why does that say Armors all tire shine? W.T.H? lol]
CGs Extreme VRT... the best I've found for tires, doesn't take much, nice shiny finish, doesn't sling and dries dry to the touch... oh and lasts a long time!
