I see your dilemma now, you certainly CAN use it as a "final finishing polish" if you want to. It just isn't labeled as such. I personally can see a difference on a dark car with PS or Optimum Finish+LSP. I could NOT tell you which does a better job because it's subjective and vehicles are different. I guess to answer your question, yes you can use it as a finishing polish, but since it adds protection, you can't really know if it's the polish or the wax that makes the difference. If you are doing it for a customer, It would save a step...IDK.
