I've seen it for sale at Autozone. To be honest I'm kind of interested in picking up some NuFinish Paste Wax, to see if it would be some kind of super durable finish for the winter time.

Re: Nu Finish Cling Instant Detailer

If it was, a lot of people here would be using it, IMO. Thats what Collinite is for. Im just very skeptical of their lineup.

I dunno, the Autopia community may not have the most even coverage OTC products.

Nufinish products do sell, so there must be some people happy with them.

Re: Nu Finish Cling Instant Detailer

There are plenty of people using OTC products. NXT, UC, DGAW, mf's... I think OTC are pretty well represented here.

Just because something sells, doesnt mean its good. And sure there are people happy with it. But are they really caring for their car the way they should?

I've used NuFinish a few times back in High School 15+ years ago and it wasn't anything special. Buy Collinite 476 for a good winter coat. Might even like it enough to use all the time on your car. I find it works best on silver/gray tone cars and does good job on other colors.

By dad swears my Nu finish.... It gives a nice shine, but nothing special.. I would take NXT over Nu finish...

Just ordered Collinite 945, and 476 will be my next wax to purchase...

Humm... It works best on silver/gray cars, that's great news, because I have a dark slate Altima, and the g/f has a silver Altima... Cant wait to try it out

Re: Nu Finish Cling Instant Detailer

I like trying new products, and I'm tempted to pick some up. My only fear is that it will be a silicone filled mess, like TW Ice. We'll see.

Re: Nu Finish Cling Instant Detailer

Before I found this site I thought nu-finish was the bomb. 476S absolutely destroys it for shine & durability.

Re: Nu Finish Cling Instant Detailer

I just picked up some Cling. It goes on very easy but does not come off so I guess Cling is the right name for it. It just smears the finish. I finally used regular Nufinish to get it off the car.
