I have discussed this with others who do use it with a rotary and like it and because of their experience I may have not perfected my process with it.
I do use it occasionally with 4" pads and slower speeds and of course with my PC. My favorite PC application is with a white pad for the way it finishes down - slick and very glossy. | |
