1.) ........I wasn't aware of the depth of your distain......
A long time ago I learned to "wave at the train"......If Menzerna won't come out and say it, so be it.......Life is too short to dwell on negaives that are not in your control.
Mr. Silver may owe you an apology but, don't sweat it if he doesn't......
2.) Perhaps......But, don't hold your breath. Once lines are drawn in the sand they seldom get moved. Knowing your right doesn't always require an agreement if you know what I mean........

If anything, he (or someone else at Optimum) would be researching why the difficulty is coming up and how to resolve the issue people are having and communicate such resolutions.

Funny you should mention that, because I talked to David last week about his polishes. He know I am using Meguiars #105 and 3M Ultrafina at least as much as I use Optimum's polishes. He wanted to know specifically what the other products do that his don't so he can use that information to help make his polishes even better than the competition.

That makes more sense.

Heh, well if he figures something out that's better than his competitors, I'll gladly pick those up.

Re: new & improved PO106ff
If Mr. Silver posts here, he could be at risk for being banned. I can think of several recent situations where the seller of a product came here to defend their product's reputation and in the end they were banned under the spam rule.

He has posted on this thread (jsilver6) and honestly if he got banned it would probably do more for a postive image of his company. The best thing he could do is get banned and then maybe he wouldn't insult some of the best detailers on this site with one clumsy push of his enter button.

I'm a Small Business owner, and I can honestly say that if a purveyor that I use regularly, said this to me: "I can only hope that their skill level improves to match the quality of the product", I would take it as an insult(especially in your line of work) and may or may not pursue it further with the individual. Most assuredly though, no matter how happy I am with the product, I would find a replacement ASAP just due to the principal of the matter.
After reading this thread, it was QUITE apparent jilver6 was being sarcastic and not forthright......IMO.
NO MENZ PRODUCTS FOR ME, until I hear an apology to Bee/TH001 and all the other detailers Mr. Silver spoke too.

Allow me to speak on Jeff Silver's behalf...
You are a liar and our products don't fill. If you experienced filling that you are not good enough for or products...
(The contradiction is your skill level somehow made something that CANNOT happen magically happen).

Anybody want to buy about $3000 worth of detailing supplies? I now have no use for them.

That's pretty cool that he did that. However, it seems like putting what the other products do and his don't into words would difficult. One of those cases where he would have to use them himself to see.
