Re: Supply Store in Toronto?
What sort of product are you looking for? and where do you normally live? If you are American I wouldn't bother, everything is usually cheaper down south. I don't know of any detail specific shops, I usually buy online (eshine.ca) but that won't help you. Canadian Tire has some stuff (303, some megiuers, etc.) There is a store in Vaughan Mills (20 mins north of Toronto) that sells Zaino at a heavy premium.

Re: Supply Store in Toronto?
AFAIK there is nothing you can get here that you can't get in Michigan for less.

Re: Supply Store in Toronto?
I tried to post a completely new topic but for some reason it won't let me (maybe cuz I'm a newbie?)
This fits in here though, I'm looking to find a supplier of Meguiar's products in Mississauga (or close to Mississauga) Specifically I'd like to find some #21 this weekend, and if possible #80 and #83 (for future use when I get my UDM).

Re: Supply Store in Toronto?
Mississauga:
Cmax on off dundas and glen erin (just next to the Lexus dealer at the Erin Mills Automall).
You can buy direct i think from Meguiars Canada (Off Kennedy by Steeles). I haven't gone that route in a while though.. you can email them and see if they are willing.
Some Canadian Tires are carrying more of the Pro line now.
Some UAP also have 21. Cmax can get 80 or 83 if they don't have it in stock.
Better yet, get Zaino at The Barber's Chair in Square One...

Re: Supply Store in Toronto?
'Thanks paco! I had planned on going to the NAPA on Dundas & Glen Erin, so I\'ll check Cmax while I\'m there too! \r\n\r\nI\'ve got some Zaino Z5 already, and will probably go back to it sometime in the future (and will probably also buy some ZPC sometime too, as I tried it out with a friend\'s PC recently and it works well too) but for now I\'d like to go with Meguiar\'s stuff as I\'ve had good luck with a lot of their products (in the winter I get my car waxed at a detail shop and they\'ve used #20, #21 and #26 on my car) I wouldn\'t buy Zaino from the Barber\'s chair though, it\'s way more expensive than the guy I buy my Zaino stuff from (I can always drive straight to his house to pick it up)'

Thanks Paco! I was planning on going to the NAPA on Dundas and Glen Erin already, so I'll check out Cmax too.
I've been using Zaino Z5 for a while, but it doesn't make my black shine as much as NXT or #21 does, and doesn't hide scratches as well either. Barber's Chair is expensive for Zaino stuff anyhow, the guy I get it from is much cheaper (and he recently lowered his prices more due to the strong CDN dollar)

Hey Patman,
Mind telling me your local Zaino source ;-) Gotta admit The Barbers Chair is a bit excessive to say in the least ..

Re: Supply Store in Toronto?
Blake got it right, that's where I get my Zaino from!
I went to Cmax today (they moved, they are now on Dundas & Wharton Way (near Dixie) and they didn't have any #21 unfortunately. They did have #80 though, so I bought that instead, to get a head start on working on my front end before my UDM arrives (I'm probably going to order it next week) They say #80 works by hand and orbital buffer too, so I'm trying both of those methods for now, not sure which works better though. My new plan now, once my UDM arrives, is to use #83, along with a yellow LC pad, then follow it up with #80 with an orange pad, and if need be I could do a third step of #9 with a white pad (although I think that step might be overkill) Then I'll finish it up with #21.
I also went to Carquest, a couple of different NAPAs (Cmax is a part of the second NAPA I went to) and PartSource today. PartSource cannot get #21 at all. Carquest told me they had some in their warehouse, but I couldn't get it until Tuesday. I'll just order the #21 and #83 with my UDM order from EShine.ca
