Where are you located?

For the Toronto and Ontario folks, BASE Automotive is a duragloss distributor. They will be able to find you a local retailer.

I special order my Duragloss stuff from the following local retailer:

Richmond Hill Auto Parts
20 Newkirk Road, Richmond Hill, ONT, l3c 3g3
905-884-8169

It may take a couple of calls, but the product is worth every minute of your time!
Called Monday, picked up on Thursday! (Aquawax was $11.35 tax included)

Good luck!

I paid $7 and change per bottle including tax. Speak to Ike, he ordered 4 for me and I picked up 2. Great guy to deal with.

Did you speak to the right guy? Even at my supplier, I called twice, and only got through when speaking to the parts manager directly.

Good Luck!

Did you talk to Ike?

Call again and ask for him. He just ordered 4 for his stock and I bought 2 of the bottle.

So would he be selling as many as I want? for $8 each?

that just seems to me extremely cheap...comparing to z8 at $30...

while they work pretty much in the same manner...

say if I make a deposit or something.. would he be willing to sell like 5 of them?

oh does he have it in gallons?

Yeah, just make sure you either order in person with the part numbers, or talk directly to the parts manager. They'll special order it for you, and arrive in a couple of business days. Last time I called, they couldn't order the gallon size, and only the standard 16oz.

Share with us how much you get, should you choose to buy! (Do me a favor and ask if they can order gallon)

Thanks, and good luck! Aquawax is awsome stuff!

info

I just made a phone call to alldina auto.
I spoke to the right person.. he was really nice guy to talk to ( just had tough time thinking about how I should pronounce his name.)

so here is what I got.

16oz bottle - $7.
1 gallon - $40. << MINIMUM order of 4 gallons... (takes about an week to get them in)

getting about $15 saving when buying in gallon comparing to bottle.

and I asked about shipping since I live 2 hours away from toronto, and they dont do that..

If anyone is buying that in gallons.. let me know.. I will pay $40 + whatever shipping + $10(handling?) for a gallon.

Tell you what. I'm going to do some show car prep next weekend, and I'm sure I'll stir up some interest from the guys, as well as my boss.

So $160 for 4-gallons?-- You'd only be saving $0.72 as opposed to buying the bottles (Which are 22oz, not 16). 128 oz's in a gallon/22oz = 5.81
5.81*7=40.72

Not much savings... I hope he has his numbers wrong!

yeah . I didnt confirm the size of bottle with him. just assumed it was 16oz..
if the bottle is 22oz.. then buying them in gallon yeah.. doesnt save us much..

I think I am going to stick with bottles.
