pakshak's shipping charge to canada = $5!!

I ordered 6 MF towels from Pakshak couple days ago..

and Shipping charge appeared to be $5 at the check out..

I thought it was handling fee rather than actual shipping charge..

I just called pakshak and asked if I had to pay shipping charge and ranney said that $5 was the actual shipping& handling fee..

I am somewhat impressed about their shipping cost.. its the same as those suppliers from

canada... I would have to see how much does custom charge to my order and I will post

that as well after I get them.

their MF towels are I think still on sale..(great price..) guess its a real good deal for detailers in canada if you ever need MF towels..

hope this thread helped those who feared about ordering MFs from US due to heavy shipping fees..

I guess you have the US Postal Service to thank...except for the lack of tracking, it's hard to beat (at least in my case) two-day coast-to-coast service for the price of UPS ground.

On my rather larger order, I was emailed by Ranney confirming that the $5 was indeed the 'handleing' portion of the charge, + $20 for shipping.

It was for ~ 15 towels, +3 optimum polishes.

I guess the $5 only applies to small orders.

I like Pakshak and ordered a few things from them before. They are one of the few US e-tailers who try their best to lower the shipping cost to Canada.

Agreed - I made on order in April with good weight behind it and the shipping price was excellent considering the weight. A few polishes, MF, wax, sealant(s).

Ranney is without a doubt the best retailer I have ever dealt with ....... there are many good ones but I just think his customer service is the best and his MF towels are as good as you can get.
