Anyone ever deal with Downtown Auto Spa? *problem*

I purchased a 32oz bottle of Menzerna IP and FPII and this is what they sent me.
How sketchy is this? I've never used these products so don't know what they should look like (polish itself). What should I do???

Were they supposed to be new? Maybe this will help. The IP is supposed to be white while the FPII is medium to darker gray.

I'd be a little pissy if I bought any product that showed up looking like that from anywhere.

Yep they were supposed to be knew... took awhile to get them since they had to order them from the states. Just a little shocked they would send something like this to a customer.

Ok at least the color of the polishes match up like you said. Thanks.

I'd be a little upset myself. I guess as long as the bottles have the correct products and the price is right.

I would send them back, tell them you want *new* bottles with the labeling - you have no idea if they are scamming you...it only takes a couple squeezes of real product to give the color of the polish...Dont be afraid to raise some that is just ridiculous

On another note, where else can I order Menzerna products from? They were the only place I found when I was first looking.

well it all depends on were you order them from and how they describe them to you also if u got a good price, did you place your order online or over the phone?

again i can make recommendation to where to purchase in the states like Josh did but r you looking to purchase in the states or out.....

i remember someone order 32 oz or 16oz size but a different brand of polish and the dealer send them aftermarket bottles like you recieve not the original but when he order them they stated up front they didnt have any small size only gallons so they broke it down or they called him back about this..

again as long as it is the product and you happy with the del and price whats to worry....in reality the product is what counts not the bottle.......but dont get me wrong we all want the orginal bottle and labels
