I live in a condo and there is a private wash bay with electrical but the lighting sucks. You can use it after 9pm or i can drop the vehicle off at your location.
Condition:
swirl marks, maring, bird **** and rotary runs. Paint overall is in good condition though. Its an 07 accord with 84k on it.

Dude, you need to use a proper image resampler!
If you want to do it for free, use the Lancazos filter in IrfanView.
This will result in resized images having a much smoother and non-pixellated appearance.
