I've had two senior members email me with the same issue, so I know it's likely an issue for others; it has to do with using PM to ask a question.

We have a lot of smart, experienced senior members. HOWEVER, we also have 4+ years of knowledge in our database. Please do a search before you PM individual members with detailing questions.

Odds are very good that your question or problem has already been discussed in the forums. If a search turns up nothing, post a new thread. Only PM members who participate in the thread you started (whose personal response you would like).

Let's respect people's time. By posted a thread instead of soliciting one single person's response, you will get a variety of opinions. Never rely on one single person's knowledged, there are many great detailers and appearance enthusiats here whose input is equally valuable.
