How many hours of sleep to you get each night?
There are just not enough hours in the day anymore during the week. I find myself getting I find myself getting to bed around 6-7 hours a night. Every two weeks or so it catches up with me and I have one of those 12 hour nights. Is there a such thing on training yourself to live on 5-7 hours sleep?

My sleep fluctuates almost everyday. These past two weeks I am getting around 6'7 hours a night, on weekends I sleep 12+ hours, during times of high work, no play, no sleep-2 hours of sleep.
I'll go ahead and vote 6-7 hours.

I try from about 7-8 hours, but it never seems enough. I think I need more exercise...
I seem to get enough on the weekends, and come Monday I can get up on time, but the reset of the week day is a struggle to be anywhere on time. I work 7 AM to 3 PM (to help beat the traffic), so it's a bummer to go to bed at 10 PM so that I can get enough sleep.

I think all of you are perfectly normal. I sleep about 5.5 to 6 hours a day but then on Saturday night I get a good 9 to 10 hours of sleep. I think this type of sleep schedule is becoming more and more prevalent for many Americans. I'm just guessing though. Laters

Nothing like working from home...go to bed around 2am, wake up around noon...(usually). Of course, if there's work to be done, then it's a real pain, 'cause I'm a night owl.

Being in the military, my sleep time definitely fluctuates. So, I try
to sleep whenever I can. Usually, I try to get about 5-6 hours.
