1) Get my home gym put together again and start lifting regularly again (sitting half put together in my spare room right now)

2) Learn more and more and more about detailing and get better and better at it......thanks to the help of all my fellow AUTOPIAN bros and sis's (that's for you taxlady!!!

Do it this time. They have been doing a study that you can participate in and possibly get paid or at least possibly QUIT smoking for good with one PILL. This is no bs. It is recent and they are doing a scientific study. Participate in it this could be the drug of the future for smokers. I may be able to get the number, and a website if you like. Do it man. OR anyone else who might be interested.

You ought to quit smoking first and then lose weight. The reason is because when you go to the gym you will be out of breath and your lungs weak, and it will not help you lose wieght that way when dieting. After you get done with smoking, then you will be able to eat lots and exercise more. Remember in my Detailing the man thread post on dieting and losing weight it is simple. Calories in vs Energy out. Quit smoking first and then lose wieght.

Oh yeah, I also decided that I am going to use the most Klasse possible in 2003, including AIO, SG, and VLR....

Anyone see the movie Boondock Saints??? I highly recommend it if you are an Irish militant or if you are a Willem Dafoe fan, or if you just like action!
