Exclamation Klasse or BF, Which one is BEST???

Hey guys, I wanted to know what you guys think of Klasse and BF. I tried BF and it was OK. Major dust attractor. I wanted to know which one will last the longest? What are the strength's and weaknesses of each? Which one do you guys prefer, and WHY? Thanks.

I've had Klasse on my wife's Catera for 6 weeks and I haven't noticed any problems with attracting dust. I used to use Blitz and it was a major dust magnet. I also have Klasse on my BMW but it's layered with Souverän. I'm doing my own field test of Klasse through this winter. Both cars are daily drivers, but my wife drives 70 miles a day or more and is parked outside during the day. My car is only driven 70 miles a week or less and is parked in the garage most of the time. I'm curious to see how her Catera will look next March which was treated with AIOx2 and SGx6. So far the shine is still really good and the paint still feels smooth, but it doesn't have that soft, slick feel that my car has being topped with Souverän.

I used Klasse for the first time this weekend and so far so good! Wasn't that too bad to apply and the shine is looking nice. Can't wait to get a few coats of SG on it!!

I used to use Blitz and agree that it IS a dust magnet!!

Neither. Blackfire has its pros and cons and so does Klasse. I guess if I had to choose which would be the product I would use if I could only choose one, then I'd choose Klasse. It cleans paint better and it lasts longer. Blackfire looks just like Klasse with a couple coats of carnuba on it. The appearance of Blackfire is better (IMO) but the durability of Klasse beats Blackfire. It all depends on what you are trying to get done. I use both of em. Different cases require different products. Nobody said that you could only use one. I use just about one of everything except Zaino right now. Zaino will be next year's test. I need to get my hands on a couple other products too, but Z is next.

Blackfire has a nice, oily shine, but lasts only about a week or so. It's a good idea for garage queens that have a really thick clearcoat and need SMR-grade abrasives. Oh, and if you apply BF like a wax (no breaking down the abrasives to remove swirls), its really easy to work with.

Klasse lasts forever, has a great shine, excellent depth, good clarity, and isn't overpriced. There are rumors and uncertainties about it's beading, slickness, hazing, and ease-of-removal. Stick with CMA or jimwh's Klasse application tips and you should do okay. I'd have Klasse over BF any day.

Good luck, and don't forget the Zaino system. It is expensive at first; a PITA to learn how to apply thinly, properly mix, and read through the few pages of instructions, but the work is well worth a wonderful shine in the future. The beading, shine, slickness, and car-wash-in-the-rain-effect will last longer than Klasse too.

First of all I have never used Klasse but have seen in person the results with and without a carnuaba topper... Very good.
I have been using the original version of Blackfire and I am quite pleased with its shine, wetness and depth. It is extremely easy to apply and remove. Durability on my daily driver is okay. I plan to test the new improved version as soon as I receive a sample or purchase a trial kit ( I think I have a sample on the way ).
Extreme durability( more than a month) is not that important to me because I detail my driven cars weekly at the worst bi-weekly.
If the new version of BF does increase slickness retention and durability it will be a great choice for sealant protection with carnuaba-like appearance without the need of a topper

Sorry for the newb question, but would you recommend the all-in-one and sealent or just the sealent? And this is after a polish and before an application of s100.

The All in One is an awesome paint cleaner and makes a great base for the Sealant Glaze. If your paint is already clean then you really don't need the AIO. You can survive with just the SG. I'd use them both if you can get a good deal on a kit. Klasse is really an amazing product.
