In the army...

Apparently several members have ,or had, some connection with the army,
I am a reserve Luitenant in the Belgian Army (ground force, anti-tank) since 1984.My compangie doesn't exist anymore , used to be JPK(Jaght Pantzer Kanone or : hunting armoured guns)
Nowadays replaced with "shoot and forget" missiles.

US Army with 14 years experience.

Currently on my last year of my tour here in Europe.

I work at NATO's military headquarters in SHAPE belgium.

I love being in Europe and i get to live like a rich person travelling all throughout.

I take this to mean "armed forces," of which the US of A has quite a few. Sure count me in, but you better pop tall and say "Yes, Chief" when you enter my ofice.

I am currently awaiting to leave for Boot Camp which is the first week of August, off to Parris Island, SC. No Autopia for 3 months!

I will work for communications or intelligence, I'm not sure which yet.

Oh yeah, not a sailer, not in the army, a United States Marine

Yes we do! .....the equipment is so "well seasoned" they can remember when the Beatles were climbing the charts.

No, I'm not in the armed forces, but thought about it.

I'm in the Army Reserve and work on Mike Boats. The "modern" day version of the WWII/D-Day landing crafts.

cvcaelen,

United States Army retired, 20 years, 7 months, 10 days! Spent 10.5 years in Germany, 18 months in SVN, and the rest bouncing around the states. Never made it to your part of the world but i do love your beer!

Bob

I'm currently serving in the United States Marine Corps. Been in for 18 years and 3 months. Got a couple of years to go to retirement.
Jason, did you ever figure out what your MOS (Military Occupation Specialty) code was? I remember you telling me about communications. Because, if you're coming out here to sunny Twentypalms, CA, we don't have any intelligence schools out here.
