Re: Who is your Favorite Vendor?
None of those do I buy from anymore
I've looked at DI's site and there's nothing there that I want
My vote for overseas/USA vendor is a family business in florida
Get me great pricing for LC pads (cheaper than Autogeek) and far better service
AG don't have anything I want anymore, I've moved on from their range and getting LC pads cheaper.

Wow, only one vote for Properautocare. I have never shopped with them before, but is there something I should know about them? Maybe I should have put ADS instead of Properautocare in the poll.

I've only ordered from them once when they had a deal that was better than AG's (usually the cheapest after considering all costs). The order went pretty smoothly. The one small complaint that I have about that particular order was that compared to AG, which usually ships out my packages the next day, it took PAC one day longer for them to ship out my order. It's not really a big deal, but since they are in FL like AG, shipping already seems like it takes forever so that extra day feels like an even longer wait than it actually is.
Again, it's hard to complain considering the cost to ship nowadays isn't exactly cheap, and for that sale they were offering 10% AND free shipping over $25. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again if there was a good sale going on and I actually had the money to spend.

Re: Who is your Favorite Vendor?
I only order from some of them when I really need something, otherwise I order from a distributor since I think all of the vendor's are a little high on their prices.

Re: Who is your Favorite Vendor?
I like proper autocare as They are really close to me and seem to have everything I need not to mention their prices seem good.

I have ordered from Properautocare and never had a problem.
I had a recent order with ADS, and I must say that this may have been the best experience/customer service I have ever seen from any vendor! Absolutely lightning fast shipment of my order (literally within a few hours of placing the order).
I also received a very quick email from Rick after submitting the order, asking how I was able to get a spurring tool in my cart, as they were out of stock and he thought they had fixed all links to it. I paid via Paypal, so the payment had already gone through, so he asked if there was anything else I wanted to substitute, or a refund. I asked about a couple of extra pads, and he gladly threw them in even though the total price was several dollars more than the spurring tool.
I still can't get over how fast the order was sent out, and how quickly I received it. ADS is near the top of my list based on this experience.
I still shop Autogeek a lot, simply because they have such a great variety.
Patrick at ExcelDetail provides excellent service as well, but doesn't carry a huge range of items.
I know PakShak receives a lot of rave reviews, but I am not all that impressed. The last order I placed (a few weeks ago) with them was early on a Monday morning (it would have been around 5 or 6 a.m. Hawaii time), but my order did not go out until Thursday of that week. I even sent an email on Wednesday asking for the status of the order, and I was given an apology for the delay and told it would go out that day, but it didn't go out until the next day. They do have a good selection, but that only goes so far.

Wow! I wonder what happened there? I've ordered countless times with Ranney and never had a problem. In fact, most times I have received my order before the expected delivery time. Ranney is a great guy and he is really flexible and can think outside the box. I am sure if you call him he will find a way to make it up to you.
