pages are jump-scrolling when i load them

Hey guys,
Not noticing anything odd on my pc or galaxy nexus. Will look into it more on Tomorrow.

To help narrow it diwn, when did you first start noticing the problem?

A few days ago for me. I was just browsing from my phone about an hour ago and it was still doing it.

then you must not be using a mac or other apple product (ie iphone, ipad). microsoft os's have many other faults.

I'm typing this on a MacBook, and I've got a Windows 7 PC I browse from regularly as well.

Mine started perhaps Friday... I think it was because you had one of those ads on the bottom of the page that was dancing and whatnot.

It may have had something to do with the fact that there was one at the top of the page and another at the bottom.

I don't know how all the coding affects this stuff. But, I have no dancing ads on my screen today, and the page loads perfectly now.

Scratch that. Pages are loading up and down and up again. There's new Flash ads on top and bottom of the page.

I'm having the issue on an iPhone.

I was playing around / testing various things on my ipad last night and i have narrowed it down to the very last advertisement at the bottom of the screen. When it refreshes with a *completely* different advertisement, my screen will jump to the bottom. Hitting the refresh button for the browser will not cause it to jump-scroll as the ad stays the same. However, if I navigate to another unread topic and then come back to the original page - I will get the jump-scrolling to the bottom.

Also, i have noticed some mid-page jump-scrolling, and I am sure that is related to the side ad that is coming up. However, that loads pretty fast so the mid-page jump-scrolling does not always occur.

Needless to say, this issue is annoying as hell.
