Calling Meghan, please help!

I was usuing this backing plate on my PCXP when it started to shed little plastic shaving and then, booom, it just came apart! I hope you guys can help. Would this be a quality issue with LC?

are you sure that's not a rotary backing plate and not one for the PC? in anycase, backing plate failure happens sometimes (happens quite a bit when running the PC on speed 6 for long periods). call Meghan @ 1-800-869-3011 ext 207
