Boars Hair Question

I picked this brush up for leather cleaning and cloth as well Natural Horse Hair Interior Upholstery Brush

I found it to not have enough bite for leather...i would like to find another use for it because it is a very nice brush....is this thing soft enough for lower body panels or front ends for bug and grime? Any other ideas? Wheels?

Re: Boars Hair Question

Yes, that brush is fairly gentle. It is good for agitating light stains but the bristles don't have enough backbone to really go after tough stuff. It is very complimentary though when vacuuming to move the pile around to improve loose debris removal.

Re: Boars Hair Question

It is gentle enough to scrub lower panels etc if you want. You can use something like this with light pressure if you need more scrubbing action; the bristles are quite stiff - Vinyl & Leather Scrub Brush
