Time for a wax giveaway!!! That's right we are giving away one machine stick of Dodo Supernatural Wax.

Now I am not going to just give it to you, you will have to work a little for it.... reply to this thread with an answer for one of these questions:

1- If you were at Detail Fest or watched closely via internet... What would you like to see added to next years Detail Fest?

Depending on the show and shines, it can be both. Some members do a very good job at laying out thier details into words, and pics too! I at times feel I learn as much from Show and Shines as I do the reviews. So my vote would be for more Show and Shines.

2- What do you like to see more on forums Show and Shines or product reviews?

I like to see the show and shines. It's nice to see all the work people have put into details and see how their results turn cars that look abused into beautys. It's nice to see what products they've used as well and to see pictures of different products on cars.

2) Product reviews (with pictures).

Click and shines are great but since the way a car will look in the end depends so much on prep and even the car, a shiny picture doesn't guarantee that the product is better than another. One thing I've learned from this site is that a properly polished car with nothing on the paint can shine way more than an a car with paint in average condition with an expensive LSP. Some cars have paint that looks a mile deep without wax so just because it looks great in the picture doesn't mean the wax did that. So reviews of "this looked way deeper than anything I've used before" or "more of a hard candy shine" are quite helpful.

Pinnacle Souvern looked flat on my car till I went over it with a good 2 step polish, now it looks like an expensive LSP should on the car. So if I had posted pictures of the car with PS on it before people might have thought it wasn't that good.

2. Show and Shines with product reviews.

Everything I've bought has come from seeing people use and and give it reviews. I am a visual person so its awesome to see pics.

I would love to see more Show and Shines. I think it's a great way to learn how people go about doing their work and it also gives them a chance to review a product all in one.
