Here is what we have confirmed as of today:

Well we are working hard at getting Detail Fest going, we had added a few VERY cool things to it this year!

Autogeek's 4th Annual Detail Fest is coming up on March 21, 2009 in Stuart, Florida.

Representatives from the following companies will be at Detail Fest:

• Black WOW Trim Restorer
• FLEX Power Tools
• Lake Country Manufacturing (Buffing Pads & Accessories)
• Covercraft Car Covers
• RaggTopp Convertible Top Care
• Optimum Polymer Technologies
• Eurosport Daytona
• Four Star Products
• Grit Guard
• Meguiars

Meet the manufacturers, take a behind-the-scenes tour of the Autogeek facility, and learn the latest detailing techniques. You’ll see detailing demonstrations and you’ll have the opportunity to show off your own detailing skills on site. Wash stations and plenty of power outlets will be available for your buffer. Food will be available from Sandy Hook Deli.


Pre-register for Detail Fest now! Your $20 registration fee includes an Autogeek's 4th Annual Detail Fest T-shirt, a goody bag valued at over $50, and a spot to detail or just display your vehicle. (Please note: goody bags and shirts are reserved for paid participants bringing a car.)

We will announce more information on events, vendors, and travel as it becomes available in our newsletter and on this thread. Join us for Autogeek's 4th Annual Detail Fest at our Stuart, Florida headquarters on March 21, 2009.

Hotel: We have reserved a block of rooms for $80 a night at a hotel less then a mile from us. Please contact me for room rate discount information.

Airport: West Palm Airport is less then 30 mins from us, Orlando would be about 2 hours and Fort Lauderdale about an hour and a half.

Who will be at Detail Fest?
Detail Fest is open to anyone wanting to walk around and check out the products and demos. It is also open to those who would like to bring their car inside Detailers Row to either try products out or to just display their vehicle.
We will also have manufacturers at Detail Fest displaying and doing demos with their products.

Do you guys have a time schedule of what is happening when? I would really like to come for a live demo since I just bought a Flex and I will be detailing my car for the first time soon. I would hate to miss the noob demo if it was at 9am sharp. Thanks!

Yes we have a schedule and the Flex Demo is approximately around 11am
