shipping quotes + out of stock items

Hey, I ordered a couple gallon products from you about a month ago, whihc was cancelled for the really high shipping charges.

Is it normal to have about $90 shipping on $50 of product, just because they were both gallon bottles, 2 gallons total. Ive ordered more then 2 gallons of product from you guys before ( 2 gals + total in 10+ bottles) and havent had near the shipping charges I was quoted at. Ive never ordered gallons before, but Ive ordered alot of products and have never had $90 in shipping chargers, even for much larger orders when I bought a flex and a 10 32 ox polishes. Maybe its normal, but $90 shipping seems like a lot for $50 of product.

Also. When will the Edge foam 'q-tips' (forget the exact name) be back in stock? Im waiting to order some Leatherique and this out of stock item is holding up my order!

Hi Grease:
It sucks to be in the back end of nowhere, I'm in Nova Scotia and shipping charges have also prevented me from getting some orders. I can believe $90. in shipping as it is pretty heavy. Maybe increase the value of your order to get free shipping? Just a thought.

Autogeek do not offer free shipping to anyone in Canada, last I knew?

The problem is this, tho. Ive ordered large orders from them in the past. One order in particular had a flex plus at least 10 32 oz bottles (which equals about 2.5 gallons of product). This order would have weighed more and taken up more space then just 2 gallons of product. Thats what doesn't make sense to me. Im just saying that 2 gallons total in 2 bottles shouldn't cost as much as 2 gallons total in 10+ bottles, should it? Just didnt add up to me, thats all...

Ya it doesn't seem to make much sense. Have they given you a reasonable explanation of the differecne in charges from before?

now that i think about it, its probably the rising fuel costs...

IME, these are terrible (cheaply glued and flimsy). i'll never buy these again...

We have the assorted Q-tips in stock, which will be the only ones we're carrying.
