I ordered, then my order got delayed and when it finally shipped. No 'bonus'. Then a day or two later the banner disappear and then re-appeared.

I could probably dig up my order date. I think my order was just over 75 bucks.. so maybe it was because it was so close. I don't know. 4/18/08 was when I ordered. Maybe I'm mistaken on the promotion.
