Good luck on that. On every item I clicked on the calculated shipping charges exceeded the price of the item, in some cases by 20 - 40%! Think I'll pass...

Yea wow shipping is killer. I could purchase some foam pads for like 3 bucks and pay almost 10 for shipping.......and im located in the same state

FWIW, I weigh and measure everything when I have occasion to sell on eBay. Amongst all the gougers that make their profit on shipping, actual charges tend to produce more bidders, IMO. Probably not practical for your purposes.

Personally, I respond to shipping promos before I jump on sale prices, especially with smaller orders. And I'll pay more for a vender that uses FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. The brown truck takes forever to get anywhere and if you follow the tracking info, every Friday at 5pm everything comes to a screeching halt til Monday. Plus, at my location Brown's service is absolutely the worst! Your mileage may vary...

We NEVER upcharge on shipping costs - we weigh all our products and that's what we charge. This glitch on ebay is super lame - about to be fixed!

My intent wasn't to point a finger your way, merely remarking on the numerous eBay cretins that try to make their living on shipping charges.

I've yet to try any Adam's products but looking forward to. Gotta whittle down the current inventory first, the Holiday discounts and free shipping offers have my detailing cabinet overflowing.

Not a problem at all and you are absolutely right - ebay sellers 99% of the time survive on their shipping upcharges. We are using ebay simply to spread our name - our main storefront will continue to keep the lights on. ZERO unfounded shipping charges is how we've managed to survive economic downturns - it's the fair companies that weather the storm!
